Author Guideline

International Journal of Emerging Voices in Education

The International Journal of Emerging Voices in Education will only accept manuscripts submitted as e-mail attachments to editor@ijeve.com or through the Online Submission link.

The submitted paper should preferably follow the IJEVE Paper Template to ensure fast processing and publication.

Criteria for Manuscript:

  • Submitted manuscripts must be plagiarism-free.

  • Manuscripts must not contain more than 20% AI-generated content.

  • The manuscript must be original and should not have been published previously anywhere.

  • Writing should be clear, concise, and unambiguous.

  • Data must be accurate and valid.

  • Discussions and conclusions must be reasonable, well-supported, and based on the presented data.

  • Content should be relevant and interesting to the field of education and research.

Preparation of Manuscripts:

As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure compliance with the following guidelines.
Failure to do so may delay the publication process.

Manuscripts should be arranged in the following order:

  1. Title

  2. Abstract

  3. Keywords

  4. Introduction

  5. Materials & Methods (or Methodology)

  6. Results & Discussion

  7. Conclusion

  8. References

The main manuscript must be formatted in accordance with the IJEVE Paper Template.

Manuscript Format:

  • Manuscripts must be written in English or Hindi.

  • Use MS Word (.doc or .docx format only).

  • Follow the IJEVE paper template strictly (Click here to download).

Review and Publication Process:

  • All submitted manuscripts will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers from the editorial board.

  • Acceptance or rejection notifications will be sent via email within 5–15 days after submission.

  • Upon acceptance, authors must submit the following documents along with payment details:

    1. Copyright Agreement Form – (Download here and submit a scanned copy with handwritten signature).

    2. Undertaking by Author Form – (Download here and submit a scanned copy with handwritten signature).

    3. Payment Proof (for publication charges).

Note: There is no charge for manuscript submission or review.
Authors are required to pay a nominal publication fee only after acceptance of their paper.

Publication Timeline:

  • Accepted papers will be published within 2–5 days after all required documents and payment are submitted.
