The International Journal of Emerging Voices in Education invites applications for Editorial and Reviewer Board Membership.
As a platform for global academic communication, the quality and integrity of our journal are of utmost importance. To ensure the highest standards of publication quality and to serve the international academic community better, we invite professionals, scientists, researchers, and education experts from around the world to join our Editorial and Reviewer Board.
We highly value the contributions, suggestions, and active participation of our editorial and reviewer team in building a world-class international academic journal.
Editorial/Reviewer Board Requirements
Applicants interested in joining the Editorial/Reviewer Board must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications

The applicant must hold a Ph.D. (Doctorate) and be currently working as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in a recognized institute or university.

OR the applicant should have a Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of teaching/research experience as an Assistant Professor (as per UGC norms) in any recognized institution or university.

Research Experience

The applicant must have substantial expertise in their specific field of study.

Must have at least 5 research papers published in peer-reviewed international journals or conference proceedings.

Commitment to Academic Quality

A strong commitment to maintaining research integrity, peer review ethics, and confidentiality throughout the review process.

Responsibilities of a Peer Reviewer
Peer reviewers play a critical role in ensuring the quality and credibility of published research.
The responsibilities include:

Critically reading and evaluating manuscripts within your area of expertise.

Providing constructive, respectful, and honest feedback to authors.

Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the manuscript.

Suggesting ways to improve the quality, clarity, and impact of the research work.

Assessing the originality, relevance, and contribution of the manuscript to the field of education.
Guidelines Before Reviewing a Manuscript
Before you agree to review a manuscript, please consider the following:

Field of Expertise

If the manuscript’s topic does not match your area of expertise, inform the editor immediately and, if possible, recommend an alternate reviewer.

Review Timeline

Reviews should be completed within two weeks of receiving the manuscript.

If you cannot complete the review within this period, notify the editor promptly and, if possible, suggest an alternate reviewer.

Confidentiality

Treat all manuscripts and related correspondence as confidential and privileged information.

Do not share, distribute, or use any information from the manuscript for personal gain.

Conflict of Interest

Reviewers must not review manuscripts where there is a conflict of interest arising from:

Competitive or collaborative relationships with the authors.

Affiliations with the institutions or companies connected to the manuscript.

If such a conflict exists, immediately inform the editor.

Summary of Reviewer Ethics

Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Provide objective, unbiased, and respectful feedback.

Complete reviews within the agreed timeline.

Disclose any conflicts of interest before accepting a review task.
